New Report Issued on Workforce DevelopmentThe Annapolis Coalition on the Behavioral Health Workforce has released a new report on workforce development entitled “An Action Plan for Behavioral Health Workforce Development: A Framework for Discussion”. This publication addresses the continuing concern about the state of the behavioral health workforce and its future. The report addresses issues a number of workforce development issues, such as finding and retaining staff, benefits and wages, and accessibility of proper and effective training.
